Hello beauties and cuties! I am back again and brought a crazy topic for you all. Yes, this is Anime Where Everyone Is Afraid of The MC. Below, I have listed down a variety of anime  where the MCs are feared.

Some are feared for their looks, some for their powers, while some are feared for being merciless etc. You don’t have to worry, this was just the reference, there’s a lot more to find!

Some will give you goosebumps off-screen and some will make you cry. Majority of the MCs are Overpowered so, if you like watching OP MCs, then this is a bonus. Now, without any further ado, let’s get started!

Okay fellas, this anime revolves around the MC named Akiyuki Takehara. He is a Xam’d. Let me satisfy your curiosity, Xam’d are creatures that are created when a Hiruko enters into the human body. Then the human completely transforms into a robot-like thing called Xam’d.

This is an excellent power, but only when the Hiruko and their hosts are well coordinated. During an explosion, Akiyuki gets hit by a mysterious light. This light turned him into a Xam’d. After his first transformation, his friends and other people got scared of him. Well, dude, who wouldn’t?

This is a pretty great anime to spend your time on, if you’re okay with simple stories.

 

48) 07-Ghost

 It’s set in a world where militants use Zaiphon as their ability. They learn to master this ability at Brasburg Military Academy. Teito Klein is one of the students who is simply OP. There’s a lot to look for in the anime, from Teito’s findings to his daring journey.

Teito’s goal is to know everything about his past and find what he yet doesn’t know. If you like enjoying the action with a touch of gothic fantasy, then be glad because this is for you. Ahh, man, I forgot to mention the bond between Teito and his best buddy Mikage!!! I wish I had such best friends who help each other through thick and thin! … :’) …

Teito is mainly feared because of his overpoweredness. During his fights, he doesn’t fail to shock the opponents and people around him. Otherwise, he is a very caring, kind hearted person but only to those who deserve it.

 

47) Blue Dragon

Oh, this made me remember my childhood. It follows an adventurous journey of people who can use the powers of their shadows. Shu is the MC who has Blue Dragon as his shadow. Blue Dragon is basically the most feared and deadliest shadow.

In the beginning, Shu couldn’t control the powers of Blue Dragon. However, as the story progressed, both developed a bond and became buddies. This is an overall great story with winsome adventures and action.

Well here, our heroes are pirates who smuggle goods. They also get certain missions involving a lot of action. The badass and my favorite MC, Revy, will make you remember god. Yes, she doesn’t think twice when it comes to killing anyone. She’ll simply load her gun and you’re done for good.

Her merciless, and daring action is fearsome for many. She is so fast that her opponents don’t even have enough time to show their fear. On the other hand,  a viewer can easily see the reasons! if you wanna see a badass and thrilling girl fight, then this is for you!

 

45) The World Is Still Beautiful

It’s human nature that we’re afraid of the people who have something unique over us. Take an example of rich and poor, judges and prisoners… Similar to all these, this anime tells the story of two kingdoms; the Sun Kingdom and the Rain Dukedom.

There’s always sunlight at its peak in the Sun kingdom, and in the other, there’s rain. The people of these kingdoms are exceptional, more specifically, the people of the Rain Dukedom. Our MC is from the Sun Kingdom, yet he is feared by everyone.

Mainly because of a rumor of him being a ruthless guy. Therefore, he was feared because everyone thought he was a tyrannical ruler. This is a Shounen anime where the not-so-typical story will keep you hooked. Let me tell you a secret, the beauty of the characters combined with their powers took my heart away in a second!

 

44) Fairy Tail

Fairy Tail is an iconic anime and one simply can’t miss watching it. Natsu Dragneel is the MC who is on a journey to find his father (a dragon). Natsu is a dragon slayer himself (the most powerful one).

Natsu’s overpowered-ness doesn’t only shock and scare his opponents but it’s the same for the fans. I can remember him showing his powers in the finale series. There’s a lot of thrilling action, suspense, friendships, and adventure. You’ll never regret watching this one and trust me on that!

 As I mentioned earlier, people with something special are always considered superior to those deprived of it. The anime tells the same thing where some people acquire superhuman powers. Well, to fight them off, there comes our hero, Quon.

It is pretty obvious to judge him as a powerful and feared guy. The reason is simple: he dared to go against those influential people. His reputation is overwhelming because he is feared by all. I am sure you will enjoy the anime because it has almost everything. Sci-fi, Supernatural, Action, and whatnot!

 

42) Akame Ga Kill

This anime highlights the assassination group who is working to annihilate their corrupt Prime Minister and save the nation. Where there are assassins, we know there is fear as well. Because, Assassins are never scared to kill anyone. Therefore, they have produced next-level fear among people. 

The story’s primary focus is on Tatsumi, a young gighter who aims to save his village from starvation. It’s always fun to watch the unpredictable guy achieving his goal. Apart from the assassin element, the anime hits on a different level. 

 

41) Blade of the Immortal

 The name of the anime is itself enough to instill fear, especially for those having strong imaginations. Like the name says it all, it’s the story of an immortal swordsman. This is even more thrilling to see than it sounds.

Trust me, seeing a guy killing others and no one can kill him in return because he’s immortal is something else. Man! This idea is terrifying. The thing is, he is the MC. After hearing the word MC, we all imagine them as goodies at heart.

I won’t spoil whether he is or not, but apparently, he has killed a long list of people without mercy. Oh wait, dude, that’s not it. He has killed the innocent ones as well! Yup, you got that right!

 Manji now wishes to atone for his sins. For that, he has to kill nearly 1000 evil men. Only then, would he be able to die. The story further progresses when a girl approaches him to help her kill the murderers of her parents. However, Manji doesn’t accept her request but decides to protect her instead.

 

40) Toradora

 Toradora is my favorite rom-com to binge-watch. This involves a high school romance story and a lot of drama. Ryuuji is the MC who is feared because of his looks. LOL, that’s funny, isn’t it? I am sure you’ll feel nostalgic watching it if you are a graduate.

Toradora is a simple and sweet story. Therefore, there is nothing much to tell you guys about it. The rest is to be explored by you. So have a good time watching!

 

39) Blood Lad

I really love this anime mainly because of its humor. Imagine a powerful vampire (Staz) who is feared everywhere, and no one dares to stare at him. He is feared like death itself! Now imagine the same guy as an avid otaku, lol HAHAHA! That was totally out of the blue, right?

That’s the best part of this anime. Blood Lad will make you laugh unexpectedly. Well, both the statements are true about Staz. The difference is the first statement of him being cruel and deadly is apparently true but wasn’t seen in the anime. The others took him wrong throughout.

Man, this is fun. If I were in the demon world where Staz lives, I would be enjoying this so-called terror through and through!

 

38) Valvrave the Liberator (L-Elf)

How many of you are interested in mecha anime? I know mecha anime has a separate fan base. The story is set in a distant future where humans have started their life in space. So there are different kinds of problems they face there.

There are two MCs in the anime; one is Haruto and the other is a deuteragonist named L-Elf. Everyone is scared of L-Elf because of multiple reasons. A few of them include his genius mindset and mercilessness. He is never kind in the battlefield.

Overall this is a great anime with a perfect plot that makes it fun for the viewers.

 

37) Angels of Death (Isaac Foster)

This anime will make you curious right from the beginning. The story highlights a girl named Rachel. Her only wish is to die and therefore asks Isaac (Zack) to kill her as soon as possible. Isaac is the deuteragonist of the series.

To fulfill Rachel’s wish, they both made a deal. It was decided that Rachel will help Zack escape and in turn, Zack will fulfill her wish. If you are looking for an MC who is feared, then I am sure you’ll be thrilled to see Isaac. Man, he really looks like a psychopath!

This is a very intriguing isekai anime where the MC is overpowered. Making the opponents feel scared and shocked isn’t unusual for Izayoi. All the main leads also have psychic powers.

Their lives take an adventurous turn when they are invited into a new world. There, they play different high stake games. Of course, dangerous and fun at the same time involving action.

 

35) Trigun

Well, ever heard of bounty hunters? Well, I know you have, but this is about a criminal who has a bounty of almost 60,000,000,000,00. Ah man, I suck at math; I don’t even know how much it is. Just imagine a guy having this amount of bounty placed on his head. Feels like One Piece, but still, the numbers are way more here!

The story is about Vash, and he is the same guy I was talking about holding a bounty of… never mind! Even though people are afraid of him, he is not bad. I don’t know why people misinterpret the good guys as the evil ones. That’s really cruel. Vash is the sweetest guy you’ll know, but unfortunately, his life is miserable.

To know why people are after Vash and why he is opposite to expectations, just give this one a try!

 

34) Arifureta

This anime is crazy. I don’t know how the writers come up with these ideas. The story is about Hajime, who got transported to a different world, along with others. They were called there for a mission, and that was to save the world.

Unfortunately, our innocent Hajime happened to be innocent in terms of powers as well. Yes, he wasn’t that strong. The world only respects the powerful and teases the weak. This was what was happening to him.

I found this story similar to Rising Of The Shield Hero, where the MC is then betrayed by his comrades. So is what’s happening with him here? Worry not. This was his turning point. He fell into a deadly place known as the Abyss and luckily, our Hajime comes out of it as an overpowered MC.

How does he do that? A sudden shift from being the weakest to the strongest! To know-how, you have to watch it yourself because dude, it wouldn’t be fun if I spill the beans here!

 

33) Demon King Daimao

For me, this anime is the sweetest because of our MC’s most precious and innocent dream. Can you guess the dream? He wants to bring justice and peace to the world. A true hero. But there you go again, the typical bad guys getting in his way. 

The story starts when he joins the magic school. During his prophecy, he was given a future job. It said that he will become the future demon king. People misunderstood his goal as a demon king. They (other students) started fearing him because they all thought he would become a demon king.  Oh My God, like seriously?! These people should at least confirm first. But who would have dared anyways, LOL!

Akuto is feared by all though he is just the opposite of what they all think. This also doesn’t stop him from achieving his goal!

 

32) The Misfit Of Demon King Academy

Okay, guys, this anime is just crazy. When I watched this anime, I was really amazed that the MC was overpowered from the beginning. Like, there’s no wait! Another plus point is that the anime is really short, comprising only 13 episodes. 

Everyone is afraid of Anos, who is the demon king. He is the most handsome demon king you’ll find in anime history. Ahhh, for me, he is the one! Let’s get to the point. The story begins with the rebirth of Anos, who came back to life after almost 2000 years. He joins the Demon King Academy where he is underestimated by almost everyone. And there you go! The story begins!

 

31) Angel Densetsu

The story focuses on a high school student named Seichiro. Everyone is afraid of Seichiro and his deadly aura but actually, this isn’t the truth. Deep inside, he has a soft side and a kind heart. The reason why others are scared of him is because of his looks.

No one has dared to communicate with him to know him. Ahhh man, this is making me emotional. I would have befriended Seichiro in the first place if I were there! This is a perfect explanation of “don’t judge a book by its cover”.

 

30) Code Geass

Guys, trust me, this is a legendary anime. The story is set in a world where it is divided into three different superpowers. Lelouch is the prince and son of the emperor. He has rough feelings towards his father since he considers him responsible for doing injustice.

Lelouch’s mother was killed and his father didn’t do much to look for the murderer. Hence,  for Lelouch, life is a tough journey. He, as a person, is very intelligent and rude at the same time. Some people fear him and others respect him.

He never thinks twice to sacrifice his soldiers which makes him really unsympathetic and cold.

 

29) Darling in the Franxx

Darling in the Franxx has almost everything; be it sci-fi, romance, or drama. The story is set in a post-apocalyptic world where people have found ways to be immortal. As we know, everything has a cost, so to attain immortality, one has to sacrifice their reproductive organs.

People discovered multiple things and one of them is magma energy. Magma energy gave birth to the Klaxosaurs. They are the creatures that started causing havoc. To save the people, an organization named APE, decided to move people to Plantations (city-like domes).

Well, for the safety of the city, Humanoid weapons were created and named as Franxx. There is a twist, to pilot the Franxx, they needed 1 boy and 1 girl

Now after 100 years, Hiro and Zero Two’s story develops. Hiro is a parasite whereas Zero Two is a hybrid. Among the two, Zero Two is feared by people on-screen and off-screen. It’s pretty fun to watch anime where there’s a lot to look for including Hiro’s and Zero Two’s chemistry. Plus, I am sure you’ll enjoy the scary side of Zero Two! 

 

 28) Parasyte: The Maxim

As the name suggests, it’s the story of a unique parasite and host relationship. Somehow, parasites started residing inside humans, turning them into monsters. They can control their brains as well. Izumi, who is a teenager, has the best relationship with his parasite. He used his unique ability to save others’ lives.

The parasyte couldn’t get hold of Izumi entirely because he didn’t get the chance to reach Izumi’s mind. Yes, instead, he became a part of his arm. Izumi had a drastic change in his personality from a megane boy to a dashing guy. Trust me, dude, you’ll fall for him, like I did!

Oh yeah! There were times when people were afraid of him when he chose to be unordinary.

 

27) Elfen Lied

Oh, it is one of my other favorites. I simply loved that badass main lead. Well, actually, both of Lucy’s personalities. Yes, you guessed it right, Lucy is none other than our MC, who is feared everywhere. This isn’t as simple as it sounds. Lucy had a life full of tragedies and pain.

Lucy isn’t some ordinary girl but a girl with unique abilities. Telekinesis is one of her primary abilities. As we know, people can stoop so low for their own benefits, and they did the same with the innocent Lucy. They tortured her by doing some stupid experiments on her. (Oh My God, I’ll cry now).

Don’t you guys worry! The only thing Lucy needed was freedom, and she finally got that. Now, the countdown starts for those who dared to give her a hard time. The story is impressive not just because Lucy is feared by all, but I simply love it because of Lucy’s dual personality.

26) Overlord

Just look at the picture above. Don’t you think he is scary? If  I wasn’t a slave to my curiosity, I would never have dared to watch this series. (for some, it might be cool, but not for me, though!) To get to the point, the story is set in a world where people are crazy over a virtual reality game.

One of them was the MC, Momonga. The game was about to shut down. At that moment, the MC decided to enjoy the fun for the last time. Little did he know what cost this last shot would bring him. He found himself inside the game world. (Ehhh, I can’t imagine this).

Ainz Ooal Gown, aka Momonga, the MC of the series, or should I say villain, or to be more specific, both! Yes, you got that absolutely right. He is the protagonist and antagonist of the story. Like his facial features suggest, this biggie isn’t afraid to give people a merciless death. Ainz is the guild master as well as a sorcerer-king.

Get ready to experience loads of chills, thrills, and deadly roller coaster rides with your own (XD) Ainz Ooal Gown.

 

25)  Legend Of The Legendary Hero

He was born with cursed eyes called Alpha Stigma. They have the power to copy every magic. (Idk why it makes me remember Kakashi, the Copy Ninja!). This is the reason why he was feared!

Never mind, he was living a lonely life; ask why? Of course, because people never compromise their lives for anyone! (I Hate Such Peeps). He happened to get a chance to change his life, and that chance was to join a magic academy. Wait, for what? A place that he should stay away from is now his school.

There begins a new chapter of his life, where he tries to keep his identity hidden. Will he be successful?

 

24)  Bleach

Many of you might be thinking that why would someone be scared of Ichigo? Who is a handsome hunk! But dude, it’s not about Ichigo. It’s about his powers. Till the end, before his fight with Ulquiorra, no one used to get scared of him. However, people would get shocked around him.

Nevertheless, he was the deadliest during his fight in his hollow form! Oh my God, it’s still giving me chills. Woooh! The looks, hair, mask, powers, and aura were super scary. What makes Ichigo even more alarming was that he went out of control.

Yes, and this is what scared Orihime around him and scared me off-screen, LOL! I am still unable to forget that episode! Overall, if you don’t know about Bleach, then it’s a story that revolves around Ichigo.

His journey toward danger and powers starts with him being a substitute Shinigami. With the story progressing, he gets to learn and experience many things!

 

23) Darker Than Black

This one has a pretty unique story. The plot is set in a world where there are humans and contractors. The contractors are not the ones we have in our world; instead, they are bestowed with special powers. All these contractors are like stones without any emotions.

The more they use their powers, the more they become emotionless. On the other hand, there’s our MC, Hei. He is different from others; he has a heart full of emotions. Sounds cool, no? He is also feared by the people.

Of course, like I said earlier, people fear you when you have something they don’t have. He also has some goals which he wants to accomplish. The story progresses on his journey to achieve his goals.

 

22) Berserk

Ahh Berserk!!!! Now don’t tell me that you haven’t heard about it. Because it’s impossible for an otaku to not even hear about him, watching is an exceptional case! He is the most legendary swordsman ever in manga and anime history. (this is iconic, trust me!)

The story is about Guts, and what is there to say to explain this guy’s aura? I am really scared right now. To define this guy, he is merciless, fearless, powerful, a master swordsman, daring, dangerous, and the list is never-ending.

Guts wouldn’t think twice about killing his enemies. To tell you overall about the anime, it has action, (of course) thrills, adventure, drama, fantasy, and do we need more?! If you guys are looking for an anime where everyone is afraid of the MC, this is the must. Read manga or anime, but make sure to give it a shot!

 

21) Assassination Classroom

Koro Sensei is one of the best, friendliest, humorous, and kind sensei in history. He trained his students to be assassins in order to save the world from. He was also the one who destroyed half of the moon and warned to destroy all of earth once the school year ends.

Then again, he was the one who taught students how to defeat him. Koro sensei’s personality is the friendliest, but yes, there were times when the students were afraid of him. However, the fear wasn’t due to the thought that he’d kill them, but a typical fear that a student has for their teachers. On the other hand, everyone except the students are totally afraid of Koro sensei, especially when he gets angry.

I am sure you’re gonna cry watching this anime and I won’t tell why. One thing is for sure, you’ll surely cry!

 

20) Gangsta

Who would not be afraid of a gangsta? Significantly, the one who never thinks twice about executing anyone. The story revolves around two handymen named Nicholas and Worick. Both of them are kind of assassins who get contracts to do specific tasks.

The story is not so simple, it doesn’t include just killing, but a lot is going around. There are masterminds behind the problems. People are getting inhumanly powerful, and the reason behind them is drugs. Some drugs are making people inhuman.

I had chills watching the action scenes, and I am sure you will. Plus, there’s good news; the studio is the same one that produced Samurai Champloo.

 

19) Phantom: Requiem For The Phantom

The anime highlights an organization named Inferno and their product called Phantom. Both of them are dangerous in their own way. Phantom is an assassin and is feared among all. Well, imagine people don’t know about Phantom! They are afraid of him only because they have heard about it.

Yes, this isn’t as simple as it sounds. Phantoms are created when their past is wholly eradicated. Wanna know how? So listen; Scythe Master is a mastermind who abducts different people and then transforms them into so-called Phantoms. This is obviously wrong but never mind.

Of course, their main aim is to control the whole world by enslaving them! But would that be possible? You never know!

 

18) Beelzebub

The story revolves around the daring and dangerous Oga, a high schooler. Everyone fears this handsome hunk because of his violent behavior. Actually, he is an avid fighter. He was pretty popular as people used to fear him to the point that they’d try their best to avoid him.

The twists begin when Satan sends his son on a mission of destroying the world. LOL, and I can’t stop laughing. He’s such a cutie. Well, to fulfill his mission, this cutie pie follows Oga everywhere.

The reason was simple, he needed someone powerful to accomplish his mission. For now, Beel could hope for Oga!

 

17) Fist Of The North Star

Many of you might already know about this one, as this one is also iconic. It’s purely action-based, but the action is not ordinary. Kenshiro is the MC who is feared by all, and the reason is his brutal and unique style of movement.

Kenshin’s martial art style is what makes him the deadliest fighter. He uses Hokuto Shinken. Every martial art style has its unique focus, and this one targets the opponent’s pressure points. This one is a hella brutal style that hardly leaves the opponent any chance of survival.

No one can dare to be on Ken’s hit list, but there you go, some fools dared to kill him. HAHA! Legends never die, and he returns to make everyone regret their doings. Let me give you some advice, never ever dare angry people like Ken. Or you’ll be inviting your death!

 

16) Rurouni Kenshin

The story revolves around Himura Kenshin, who is feared as the cruelest killer in history. That title genuinely defined him. He was the one who never thought twice when it came to taking lives. However, karma is the best avenger; Himura now lives a life full of regrets.

He is looking for ways to atone for his sins, but unfortunately, one can’t reverse time. Therefore, he vows to never ever hurt anyone from that point onwards. But that’s absolutely hard in a world full of violent and evil guys.

This is the most challenging job where you know you can quickly kill the other, but you choose not to. Ruroni Kenshin will give you a lot of lessons, but only for those who seek it!

 

15) The Devil Is A Part Timer

The plot is exactly as the title sounds. Yes, it’s about the devil who came into the human world from his world. He was so strong and powerful that everyone used to be scared of him. (if not on-screen, then off-screen). It becomes a bit humorous when our handsome devil enters the human world.

Join Sadao on his journey to cope up with everyday problems and find ways to return to his original world of Ente Isla. It won’t cost you much as it’s only a 13-episode anime but more seasons will come.

Well, dude, being afraid of a ruthless and dangerous soldier is understandable. There’s no reason why people fear Tanya on-screen and off-screen.  The best part is the anime is twisted. Yes, guess how? Tanya appears to be a girl but actually, the soul inside her is a Japanese salaryman.

It’s very important for Tanya to save herself from being killed. The reason behind is God, according to God, she must die a natural death and must have faith in God. otherwise, her life would be a living hell. Actually, she will be sent to hell to atone for her sins.

 

13) Basilisk

Basilisk follows the story of two clans who were not on good terms with each other. Years later, Gen from the Kouga clan and Iga from the Iga clan fell in love. Both decided that this would help them bring peace, but everything turned outside of their expectations. Again the rivalry between both clans started.

Gen’s fights are really fearsome, and the way he uses his Dojutsu is hella scary. The viewers always find his Dojutsu powerful enough to give them goosebumps. I am pretty sure that, like many fans, you’ll feel a chill throughout your body watching his dojutsu. Overall, the MC’s fights were excellent as well!

 

12) Hellsing

It is a story about supernatural threats and the organizations that eliminate them. Integra Hellsing is the head of that organization. Shee is popularly addressed as Sir Integra Hellsing. Trust me, bro, this lady has next-level swag!

Coming to the point, Sir has her powerful killing machine, who is a vampire himself but works to eliminate other vampires. Whoa, now that’s what we call a task! He is named Alucard; yes, the reverse of his name is Dracula.

He also works to dispose of the threats under the commands of Hellsing. During his mission, he finds Seras, a girl who somehow chooses to become a part of Hellsing. A new chapter begins in Seras’s life. Hellsing’s manga and even anime are considered iconic, so there is no chance that you can miss this one.

I am sure you must have heard about this one as well. The plot follows the life of Rin Okamura. His life revolved around only one thing: his aim to exercise Satan. He tried his best to reach the level where he could quickly annihilate him.

Little did he know that he was why he was so strong and how he is on par with Satan. Well, the reason is none other than the father-son relationship. You guess that, right? Rin is the son of Satan. Now would this harsh truth stop Rin from hitting his goal?

I can’t tell you more about the plot though I want to because then you won’t have anything left to be found. And trust me, bro, it’s no fun when you already know the story!

 

10) Jujutsu Kaisen

The story is about sorcerers. They are called Jujutsu sorcerers. Yuji is the main protagonist of the story, where his grandpa advises him to help others before leaving the world. From that moment onwards, he stood by those words.

While he was trying to help Fushiguro, he ate a finger of Sukuna. Only one in a million can survive after eating his finger. There you go; Yuji happened to be Sukuna’s vessel. He is the most feared guy.As Yuji is now Sukuna’s host therefore, he is taken in by Gojo, who teaches him to master Jujutsu Sorcery.

Well, at first, they decided to kill Yuji, but later it was decided that they’ll eliminate him at once after Yuji ate all of Sukuna’s fingers. Let’s see what fate brings Yuji. Due to Sukuna’s fingers, Yuji is feared by people and the entirety of Jujutsu society! Well, to cut it short, Sukuna is the guy to be feared!

Seven Deadly Sins is a name given to seven warriors for the crimes they never did. They were falsely accused of the crimes. Among them, the most powerful and feared is Meliodas, the Sin of Wrath. People are scared of him, but his appearance will shock you.

I bet no one would think that a kid would be capable of so much power. Actually, he is not a kid. Due to some reasons, he hasn’t aged. Therefore, people mistook him for a kid. To define Meliodas in a single word, then he is OVERPOWERED.

Never make him angry, or you won’t have time to regret it.

Goku’s fight has been remarkably improved. He became hella overpowered at almost the middle of the series. For any otaku, his fights would cause chills and are super thrilling. So was the case here. DBZ fans would get goosebumps watching Goku eliminating the bad guys with his God-level powers.

Being a monster wasn’t his choice, but now he has to live with it. Ken struggles to keep his identity hidden and bear with his new monstrous self. His battles give a thrilling aura, and he seems merciless while fighting. And why not?

I am sure you will feel goosebumps while watching him fight.

 

6) Hunter x Hunter

To talk about him being fearful, he is such a sweetheart that no one can be scared of him. Then why have I mentioned it here? Well, mainly because of his super good transformations and powers. Indeed, there are times when he scares the people around him during his transformations.

He is feared because of his overpowered fights both on-screen and off-screen. And you won’t regret watching this anime! I can bet!

 

5) The Irregular At Magic High School

The story is set in a distant future where technology is at its peak. The report focuses on Shiba Miyuki and Shiba Tatsuya. Yes, they are siblings. They happened to join a great school of that time named First High School. The bigger the school, the deadlier are their norms.

Students are divided into two groups; Blooms and Weeds. People are discriminated against on these bases. Blooms are the spoiled brats who never leave a chance to tease the Weeds students.

Unfortunately, the siblings get divided into these categories. Miyuki was enrolled in the Blooms and Tatsuya was a Weed. Now let me tell you a secret: everyone thought that Tatsuya was the weakest since he’s a Weed. But that’s not the case here, my friend.

He is not what he seems. Tatsuya is extremely powerful. He is the master of multiple abilities. And those who know him curse themselves to meet him. I am sure that’s enough to boost you to add this anime to your watching list. Ara Ara, you can thank me later!

Naruto’s father sealed Kurama inside his son. From that day onwards, Naruto was a loner, hated by everyone. He was feared by all. On the other hand, Naruto’s dream was to become Hokage and stand against everyone who wished to destroy the world.

Naruto’s journey begins from a loser and ends with being the most potent guy respected by all. Naruto is the one that needs no introduction.

 

3) Hell Girl

Whenever we talk about the scariest anime MCs, she’s on the top of the list. Yes, I am talking about AI Enma from Hell Girl. Man, her aura, style, eyes, and everything about her scares the hell out of people. Be it on-screen or off-screen.

Overall the anime is pretty scary. It’s not just the MC. People request her to fulfill their grudges. The thing that makes it even most frightening is to access her services, you have to wait till midnight. Then you’d be able to request it through a website.

Ahh, man! This is giving me chills and making me nostalgic as well. I can never forget the experience of watching its scenes at almost midnight! So, learn from my experience!

 

 2) Death Note

Oh, again, one of my favorites on the list. This is not your typical anime because it is all about mind games and the supernatural. The story’s primary focus is on Kira and the ones there to exterminate him. Kira is feared because he got his hands on a book called the Death Note.

Anyone whose name he writes on the Death Note will die sooner or later. Yes, if that sounds scary, then get ready to experience thrills till your toes curl while watching it. Kira uses the book mainly to eradicate the evil guys in the world. But that’s the task of the government, right?

So there are other geniuses who try their very best to catch him by using their brains which are smarter than Einstein’s. Yes, literally, this anime is about the intellectuals, be it Kira or anyone! I am sure you’ll feel the chills while watching it! Wanna bet?

Definitely everyone’s favorite! This is the most thrilling and at the same time, the saddest anime I have watched so far. It’s about Titans and humans. Titans are giants who mercilessly kill humans. They have killed millions, and among them was Eren’s family.

After watching his mother get mercilessly killed by a Titan, Eren joins the Scouts. He was the weakest guy before but later shocks everyone by mastering what it means to be a soldier. But what is that makes Eren to be feared? An average human can’t be feared, right? I won’t reveal how, but Eren becomes a Titan, himself.

Seriously, guys, you don’t need to think about it too much if you haven’t watched AOT yet. Just give it a go and thank me later. I couldn’t believe it if there was someone who hadn’t watched AOT yet!
