Then there are some people who consider this anime as a competition to One Piece. All these pieces but no peace. There always have to be some troublemakers who start a fire between specific anime fans. Isn’t that right?
In this anime, our MC has a very dark past, if you like anime where the MC had a dark past, Fairy Tail is perfect for you. But I won’t tell you about his past since it will be like giving out spoilers. If you want to know about his dark past, watch Fairy Tail.

Fairy Tail Season 1
Beware guys! There are so many characters in this anime and we’re going to talk about what happens in the first season of Fairy Tail. So, the first season starts off with Lucy having a goal in her mind to become one of the best magic wizards. For that, she has to join a guild. The guild that she chooses to join turns out to be one of the best and the most famous guilds of all time, Fairy Tail. In this guild, she finds a lot of members and befriends Natsu Dragneel, Happy, Erza, and Gray. These people treat her more like family than just some stranger.
A very strange weirdo starts following her and casts a spell of hypnotization on Lucy. It caused Lucy to approach him. However, she gets saved by Natsu Dragneel who’s the MC of Fairy Tail. Natsu along with Happy (his fellow), who often reminds us of Pikachu from Pokemon, are looking for Dragneel who’s a huge dragon. They mistook Salamander (the flirtatious wizard) for Dragneel. After being helped, Lucy treats them to a meal to thank them for saving her. Later on, Salamander again tries to cause trouble for Lucy but Natsu and Happy arrive and help her again. Fairy Tail Season 2
Since we all know how Lucy is so proud of her beauty, she’s always looking for moments where she can shine the brightest. Isn’t that right? She doesn’t like when someone doesn’t compliment her, so we see her becoming angry at times. Anyways, this season starts with Lucy having an intuition about Cane Alberona with whom she might have a meaningful encounter. Lucy is actually looking forward to the Weekly Sorcerer Magezine’s interview where she might get a modeling gig. However, sadly, she is overlooked by the interviewer!
During that time, she decides to meet an author who asked her to show him around the town. Later on, she was asked out to dinner by the author. On the other hand, Natsu and Happy find a gig that is perfect for her. But the thing is that she keeps on skipping them and asks her friends to go instead of her. How smart! Anyways, if you want to know whether she accepts this gig or not, watch Fairy Tail!
Fairy Tail Season 3
This season covers two arcs. Like other seasons of Fairy Tail, this season follows the adventures of Lucy, Natsu, and Happy who are on a journey with the Fairy Tail guild. The third season starts off with a sick Lucy who isn’t able to go to the Flower Watching event since she caught a cold after being stuck with Natsu in the icy mountains. We all know how hard it was for her to go all the way there without any jacket or winter costume. So, she’s lying in her bed all alone and sick.
We know how compassionate our baka MC is. He decides to come up with a plan of uprooting a cherry tree, so that Lucy can see it too! Just like that, Lucy is able to see the Cherry Blossom tree. Isn’t Natsu the sweetest? He just didn’t want her to miss out on anything. So, that’s why he made her see the tree!
Moving on, Wendy is growing up and she has her first job. All the guild members have been to the Theatre Troupe. However, Carla doesn’t really want her to go all alone since it might be dangerous. That’s when Happy and Fried join Wendy on her journey. When they arrive at the Onibus, it turns out that their help isn’t needed. They all collapse because it was Wendy’s very first job. Awww.
Fairy Tail Season 4
On the island of Sirius, Natsu comes across Zeref who’s been causing problems for Fairy Tail’s S-Class Promotion. A duel occurs between Natsu and Zeref (which is worth-watching), Natsu gets defeated and he gets badly injured as well. Despite this intense encounter, the participants continue their journey and a powerful guild named Grimoire Heart travels to the island of Sirius. They’re looking for Zeref.
On the other hand, we have Levy McGarden who gets separated from Gajeel and gets attacked by the Grimoire Heart members. Gajeel appears and helps Levy. Now, it’s 2 vs 2. Gajeel and Levy continue attacking two members of the Grimoire Heart. They are coming towards the island of the Fairy Tail guild and are also aiming to defeat their members.
Erza plays a large role here when she encounters Yomazu (a member of Grimoire Heart) who tells the real intention of their group. Now, what could this group want from the Fairy Tail guild? To find out, watch Fairy Tail Season 4!
Fairy Tail Season 5
This season focuses on Natsu and the members of the guild who meet relatives of the Heartfelias’. In fact, they face the intense acts of warriors too. There’s also a revived Oracion Seis, which they try to find. As the story proceeds, we see Natsu, Lucy, and Wendy looking after a gold-carrying train which gets attacked by thieves. Their name is super hilarious, get ready guys! They are known as the Butt Jiggle Gang. Isn’t that hilarious!
Since our boy has motion sickness, the team decides to use it for their own good. They try to get rid of Lucy. Happy and Carla on the other hand are trying to help Wendy to save the train’s cargo. She ends up saving it and impresses everyone too! However, Natsu steps up and recovers. He sends the thieves after beating them up. So, their team is second to none. Fairy Tail Season 6
This season of Fairy Tail mainly focuses on Natsu who’s frozen in time. WHOA! Our boy is frozen in time for almost 7 years. Where? On the island of Tenrou! The members return back to Magnolia and figure out that Saber Tooth is one of the strongest guilds in the Fiore Kingdom. Since the strongest members of Fairy Tail are missing now, the guild decides to enter the Grand Magic Games which is an annual competition where they decide which guild is actually the strongest!
A Legion Platoon is tasked by Zentopia’s archbishop to get the missing pieces of Infinity Clock back. They also want to seal those pieces again. Before starting this mission, they visit the Fairy Tail guild to reconcile with them. In the Fiore and Saber Tooth, Fairy Tail has lost its name as the strongest guild. Now there are two of the strongest Dragon Slayers who want to fight against our boy, Natsu Dragneel. OMG, is it going to be one of the hottest battles?
Fairy Tail Season 7
The season 7 of Fairy Tail starts off with Ziemma expelling some of the members since they lost to Natsu Dragneel. When Lector tries to defend those members, Ziemma kills him. WOOH! On the other hand, Gajeel shows that a dragon graveyard exists beneath the tournament. She ends up using her milky way spell and Wendy summons her dragon spirit, aka Dragon Zirconis. He tells the history of dragons and the dragon slayer’s magic as well! He also tells them about a human dragon who turned into a dragon after he didn’t have control over his powers. OOF! Sounds pretty intense, right? Well, that’s what happened in the starting of season 7. If you want to know about more details and events, you should definitely watch this season!
Fairy Tail Season 8
The eighth season of Fairy Tail focuses on the first guild master, aka Mavis Vermillion. However, at the start of this season, Fairy Tail members travel all the way to Sirius Island to look for the grave of the first respected guild master. They find the grave in an abandoned village. In 1X679, a six years old Mavis existed in the village as a servant of the Red Lizard Guild. One day, this guild gets destroyed against the Blue Skull guild. Mavis takes the daughter (Zera) of the Red Lizard guild to the forest. Zera appreciates her kindness and asks to be friends with her. However, Mavis collapses there. After a few years, Mavis was found in the Sirius Island where they often keep orbs.
Fairy Tail Season 9
This is the final season of Fairy Tail which tells us the story of the same old members of the guild. You all know Natsu, Lucy, and Happy. Well, they’re on a journey to organize their disbanded guild again. This season will also show us one of the best final battles between Natsu, Zeref, and Acnologia. So, that’s what season 9 is going to be about. Are you guys excited? If you haven’t watched Fairy Tail, it’s never too late!
MAIN CHARACTERS
OMG! There are so many characters in this anime. But we’re going to be focusing on some of the main characters who are quite prominent in this anime and have played a vital role. There are so many unique characters with their unique abilities. You won’t believe me unless you watch this anime. We have Natsu who’s a dragon, then we have Lucy who’s a queen as well as smart. Then, we have Erza who’s quite strong. We’ll talk about them in detail in 3…2…1!
Natsu Dragneel
So, first we have Natsu Dragneel as the main character of this anime. He’s a mage as well as a dragon. He’s also the younger brother of Zeref. These two brothers are so different from one another. He’s a part of the dragon slayers. Our boy has unique abilities that let him fight other dragons too!
Natsu is a lean and muscular guy of average height. Like most MCs, he’s average heighted and muscular. He reminds me of Asta from Black Clover but Asta’s very short. Anyways, Natsu has pink hair and black eyes. He’s mostly wearing sleeveless black jacket. And there’s also a scar at the right side of his neck.
As far as his personality is concerned, he’s an annoying, hyped up brat. He’s shouting mostly too. Natsu is carefree and reckless. But these things are quite cute about him. Isn’t that right? He’s very loyal to his guild members. He has never thought of betraying anyone. Instead, he loves helping out others when they are in need. You can say that this guy is quite protective of his friends. We all need a friend like Natsu. Isn’t that right?
Lucy Heartfilia
Did you guys know that Lucy actually belonged to a royal family? She used to be quite rich but she didn’t really like her daddy that’s why she decided to step out of her house and become a mage. She’s quite charming and her smile will literally melt your heart. Lucy has blonde hair and brown eyes. She’s got a small ponytail at one side of her head, the rest of her hair is left open.
Lucy was born with a perfect body. She’s quite proud of her beauty. She often gets angryf when someone doesn’t compliment her. Lucy might come off as delusional sometimes but that side of her is quite cool too. Otherwise, she’s a clever, kind, and caring person. Her powers are quite badass too, she has those celestial magic spirits. There are different spirits for different zodiacs. If you want to find yours, watch Fairy Tail.
Erza Scarlet
Erza Scarlet is also one of the members of the Fairy Tail Guild. She’s a badass woman who thinks from her brain more than the heart. She’s an S-Class Mage and is quite powerful. Erza has proven to be of great use throughout the journey of our MC.
She has long red hair. After seeing her hair, you’re gonna fall for her definitely! She’s quite unique and is a very strict girl. She strongly believes in rules and regulations. She mostly curses and stops the fights between Natsu and Gray. The chemistry of Natsu, Gray, and Erza is just so sweet. You don’t wanna miss out on that. So, watch Fairy Tail!
Gray Fullbuster
AHH! Here comes the character who tries to outshine our MC with his dark aura. Poor guy doesn’t even say anything and here I am dissing him knowing completely that I fell for him at first sight. Yes, he’s a character whom you might fawn over. Gray gives off cold man vibes but internally he cares about everyone. You can say that he’s a tsundere. Every girl falls for Gray but we don’t know what he wants! He’s just quite mysterious and remains quiet mostly. However, his abilities are second to none! Trust me, he’s quite powerful and competitive.
Zeref Dragneel
Zeref is known to be the brother of Natsu who’s considered to be one of the baddest and strongest mage of all time. You definitely would want to run away from this person to be honest. He’s just super strong. It’s not like he’s scary or anything, he’s just strong. With some of his kicks, he’s going to blow you away! So, if you see Zeref on the streets, you better hide inside your sheets!
