This should not be surprising if you’ve watched Tokyo Revengers because at the bottom of the list would be the main character, Takemichi Hanagaki!

Takemichi has the ability to leap through time from present to past and he uses this advantage to change the course of the future. Later in the story, he gets involved with the Tokyo Manji Gang which is responsible for Hinata’s death. He joined as a member of the gang and eventually gained the title of First Division Captain (Tokyo Revengers: Episode 24).

He is known for his charismatic nature as he can inspire the members of Tokyo Manji Gang (Toman) during their fights. However, charisma may be one of his good skills, but his combat abilities are very lacking. Takemichi fights just like other average delinquents out there and his stamina quickly drains which gives him more disadvantage against his opponents. Luckily, he’s got the Toman behind his back to help him, especially Mikey and Ken. Throughout the story, he has shown progress in terms of his fighting skills, but it is still nowhere near enough to defeat gang leaders.

Matsuno Chifuyu is the First Division Vice Captain of the Tokyo Manji Gang. He had blonde hair during his high school days, with green eyes, and piercings in his ears.

He is a loyal member of the Tokyo Manji Gang, especially to Baji (former captain of the First Division), and has a very calm personality compared to the other members. You could say that he is a tactician of some sort because his role is to come up with plans to help Takemichi before springing into action. Just like Takemichi, he also has the charisma to keep the morale of his group because of his high position in the gang as the Vice Captain of his Division. Even though Chifuyu is a level-headed person, he can sometimes be naïve and get into difficult situations that he can’t handle by himself, just like when he was lured into Valhalla’s territory just to get beaten up by Baji (Tokyo Revengers: Episode 15).

In terms of his combat prowess, he’s not the strongest but he’s not as weak as Takemichi as he can hold out his own fights that even upperclassmen from his school fear going against him. He may not be that strong, but he is not to be underestimated!

Seishu Inui is one of the members of the Tokyo Manji Gang’s First Division. He is the second child in the Inui Family. He had an elder sister, Akane Inui, who later passed away because of an incident where their house caught fire where she failed to be rescued.

He is often silent and is not a talkative person, but he never hesitates to verbalize his thoughts out loud. Inui is also a strong fighter and is quite unrivaled when it comes to his own fights!

Before becoming a member of Toman, Inui was the squad captain of the Black Dragons until they were defeated by the Tokyo Manji Gang. Upon their defeat, the Black Dragon joined forces with the Tokyo Manji Gang (click here to read more about the Toman Gang and the other strongest gang in Tokyo Revengers!) and Inui fell under Takemichi’s leadership in his division.

Inui became a great friend and ally to Takemichi as they brought back the Black Dragon’s pride after saving Koko. At the present time, Inui is currently the Tokyo Manji Gang’s Top Manager (Tokyo Revengers: Episode 24).

Kazutora had a bad childhood and had a traumatizing case of domestic violence due to his not-so-lovable parents. Even though he had a bad experience, Mikey and the Tokyo Manji Gang helped him to have happy memories. They were best friends until the day he made a bad decision that was going to ruin their lives. Kazutora initiated a theft, to steal a bike from the store. He accidentally killed the store owner, Shinichiro, who is Mikey’s brother(Tokyo Revengers: Episode 16). Due to his uncontrollable sanity, he blamed Mikey for the death of Shinichiro his whole life. But we all know that this is not Mikey’s fault!

Back to being a Valhalla member, Kazutora and Mikey eventually had a one-on-one fight during the event called, Bloody Halloween. Mikey beat him up so bad that Kazutora didn’t even manage to throw a punch (Tokyo Revengers: Episode 21). This led to Kazutora being sentenced to the detention center for his wrongdoings.

Shinichiro Sano was the former president of Black Dragon’s First Generation. He was Mikey and Emma’s older brother before he was killed by Kazutora (Tokyo Revengers: Chapter 45).

Shinichiro is in fact, quite bad when it comes to fighting, and is the reason why he gained the title “The Weak King”. However, despite being weak, he is a renowned legendary figure among delinquents. Because of his great charisma, he managed to form and command the greatest gang in Tokyo, the Black Dragon.

He got allies strong enough to beat other gangs which helped them rise to the top of the world of delinquents! With his powerful charisma and humble attitude, he can inspire his allies to keep standing up to fight with him. This made him a respectable captain and made several strong delinquents follow him even though he is a weak fighter.

Izana Kurokawa was the adoptive brother of the late Shinichiro Sano and was the leader of the Black Dragon’s Eighth Generation. Izana is a half-Filipino and half-Japanese delinquent with an average height, purple eyes with blonde hair.

Izana has an unstable mentality which makes him aggressive and cruel. Due to having a helpless childhood, he yearns for power and absolute control and he treats his allies merely as tools. He is seen as a tyrant because of how he belittles everyone lower than him. Because of his tyrannical and ruthless nature, he is considered to be the strongest member of the Tenjiku Gang. It is also believed that his strength is comparatively equal to Mikey’s. This was proven when the Tokyo Manji Gang had a battle against the Tenjiku (Tokyo Revengers: Chapter 170).

One of Izana’s unique traits that made him the strongest in Tenjiku is his “Undefeatable Senses.” This skill allows him to predict the next move of his opponent and can quickly counter with ease!

Osanai was known as an uncivilized person with a violent nature. Just like Izana, he also belittles delinquents weaker than him, but only those who are not in his gang. Even though he is a good fighter, he can be very naïve as he can easily get manipulated by Kisaki Tetta and ends up following his orders.

He and his group, Moebius, eventually had a battle with the Tokyo Manji Gang. He was able to defeat one of Toman’s strong members, Pah-chin, but was also taken down by Mikey with one fatal blow to the stomach (Tokyo Revengers: Episode 7).

In the present, Osanai has become the complete opposite of who he once was. He has a weaker nature compared to before as he always apologizes for everything. He now has a hunchback body due to his job as a construction worker.

Ryohei Hayashi or also known as Peh-yan, is the third division Vice Captain of the Tokyo Manji Gang. Just like other delinquents, he also has blonde hair and eyes that give off an intimidating aura.

He is known for having an aggressive nature and is also quite naïve. Even though he had those bad qualities, he shows a lot of compassion for the members of Tokyo Manji Gang. This was shown when his best friend, Pah-Chin, was continuously getting beaten by Osanai giving Peh-yan the the urge to interfere in their duel (Tokyo Revengers: Chapter 13).  Peh-yan can also be quite comedic at times because of his sense of humor.

What makes Peh-yan quite high on this list is because of his authority over his members. Because of his position as a vice-captain, he can easily command his subordinates and go with them into battle. Of course, he is also quite strong in a fight, he may not have a wide skill set, but his punches are so heavy that they can easily knock out anyone in one hit!

Tokyo Manji Gang’s Second Division Vice Captain is Hakkai Shiba. Hakkai is known as a timid person, but he also has a friendly nature. Just like Peh-yan, he also shows compassion to his subordinates and his siblings.

Hakkai had also formed good relationships with some of the members of Toman especially, Takashi Mitsuya. Mitsuya helped Hakkai and aided him in the chapel to stand up against his brother during the Christmas Conflict (Tokyo Revengers: Chapter 92) which led the Tokyo Manji Gang to be victorious in the end.

He also made friends with Takemichi during the time they first met. They had a common goal at that time which is to defeat the Black Dragon. Takemichi also managed to persuade him not to kill his brother which made Hakkai respect him (Tokyo Revengers: Chapter 102). In the end, they became allies and swore to follow him to fight against the Tenjiku.

Among the members of the Second Division, he is considered the second strongest and has the capability to beat down delinquents in a single punch! His older brother, Taiju, may be stronger but Hakkai can at least hold out on his own fights.

One of the founding members and the Second Division Captain of the Tokyo Manji Gang is Takashi Mitsuya. He is a delinquent with droopy eyes, silver-colored hair, and a muscular build.

Similar to Chifuyu’s personality, Mitsuya has a level-headed behavior and gives off a positive aura in the Tokyo Manji Gang.  He greets everyone with a smile and will do whatever it takes to protect anything that is important to him. Mitsuya makes sure that his subordinates are always focused on fights to keep the morale up, especially Takemichi. He also knows how to handle unnecessary fights, like the time when Baji attempted to hit Takemichi, Mitsuya managed to prevent Baji from making the situation even worse (Tokyo Revengers: Episode 14).

In terms of his performance in combat, Mitsuya has the capability to withstand heavy blows from anyone. This was proven when Taiju Shiba punched him several times and Mitsuya still managed to withstand his attacks (Tokyo Revengers: Chapter 97). He also has outstanding fighting abilities compared to other groups.

Former member of Valhalla and one of the founding members of the Tokyo Manji Gang is Keisuke Baji. He is an individual with good intellect compared to the other members of Tokyo Manji Gang. Toman thought that Baji actually betrayed them and went to Valhalla for stronger allies, but the reality is that Baji actually joined Valhalla to protect the Tokyo Manji Gang. He’s even willing to beat up Toman members just so that he can prove that he’s a sworn member of Valhalla, even though he’s actually not (Tokyo Revngers: Episode 15). You could say that among the members of Toman, he is the most loyal of them all.

Baji has excellent fighting prowess and was one of the strongest fighters in the Tokyo Manji Gang before he left them for Valhalla. He can stand against and beat up several enemies all by himself! Even though he has a health problem of being anemic, Baji has long-lasting stamina and can endure longer fights no matter how many enemies he has to face.

Baji’s story came to an end when he killed himself on the day of Bloody Halloween (Tokyo Revengers: Episode 21).

The main antagonist in Tokyo Revengers is the hated, Tetta Kisaki. He is the one who orchestrated the murder of Hinata Tachibana in the present time and manipulated the top dog of Tokyo Manji Gang, Mikey.

Kisaki was a former member of Tenjiku gang and joined Tokyo Manji Gang so that he can change the group from the inside into a notorious gang. He has a higher intellect compared to Baji and will do everything to get what he wants. He doesn’t care about gang hierarchies as he sees all of them merely as tools!

He may not be the best when it comes to fighting but what makes Kisaki so high up on this list is because of his dangerous intellect. Mikey is known to have a keen eye for trustworthy members and Kisaki managed to fool him by letting him join Tokyo Manji Gang (Tokyo Revengers: Chapter 37). Other than that, he knows how to inflict fear on anyone so that he won’t be the person doing the dirty work.

He joined several gangs in the past such as Moebius, Valhalla, and Tenjiku and he’s always been in high positions in these previous gangs.

Hanma has a sadistic nature and finds enjoyment in street fights and violence just to get out of boredom. He has no care in the world which makes him almost unbeatable in every fight. Hanma is an insanely powerful fighter that he can stand up to one of the strongest members in Toman, Draken (Tokyo Revengers: Episode 19). He also has really strong endurance and high stamina. It almost seems that he never gets tired of fighting!

Ken Ryuguji, also known as Draken, was one of the founding members of Tokyo Manji Gang. He is the Vice-Leader and is the second strongest fighter of Toman. Draken has distinguishable features such as the dragon tattoo on the left side of his head with his braided long blonde hair. He has a huge build and is quite possibly the tallest member in Tokyo Manji Gang.

He is a respected fighter and enjoys fighting strong opponents, especially ones with strength equal to his. He may have an intimidating look, but he has a mature personality and he always knows what he’s doing. Draken also has a caring nature as he always looks out for Mikey not just as a friend, but almost like a brother (Tokyo Revengers: Episode 7).

Of course, Draken is not the Vice Captain just for nothing! When it comes to his fighting capabilities, he is known to be very strong compared to other gang leaders. Due to his huge build, he can deal heavy hits easily against several opponents. There are times when he even managed to defeat all the members of a gang just by himself. In short, you could say that Draken is a one-man army!

Here comes the top dog and the founder of the Tokyo Manji Gang, Manjiro Sano! Also known as Mikey. You may have seen this name several times while going through this list, that just means that this character has a huge impact on the story, and he is always involved in battles that concern the Tokyo Manji Gang.

Unlike Draken, Mikey doesn’t have a huge build as he is only below average in height, but he is never to be underestimated in any case. He is the strongest member among the Toman members and can finish a fight with a single powerful kick!

Being also the leader of Tokyo Manji Gang, he has incomparable charisma among others. His presence alone can boost the morale of the whole gang and stand up for their own fights (Tokyo Revengers: Episode 9). Other than that, he is also known to have fast reflexes, and this is one of the reasons why his fights end so fast that his enemies couldn’t have the chance to deal a single blow against him!
