Yasuhiro Muto (April 28th, 1987)

Yasuhiro Muto

In battle, where he effortlessly knocks people down with brute power, he would maintain his grim demeanour.

In keeping with his job as Fifth Division Captain, he just wouldn’t tolerate rebels against the gang and therefore would not hesitate to punish those who disobeyed Manjiro Sano’s directives. He was acknowledged as Toman’s strongest division leader and given special duty alongside the rest of his unit due to his fighting prowess.

Draken is also a compassionate person. He despises overt displays of affection toward those he cares about, but he will go to tremendous measures to look after Mikey. And unlike the leader, he is also more understanding as during the hospital scene he forces Mikey to apologize when the girl’s father is in rage after she was assaulted.

Souya Kawata (May 25th, 1989)

Souya Kawata

Angry is kind and a peacemaker, despite his outward appearance. He is deeply concerned about his buddies and wishes to safeguard them at all expenses.

Although not as strong as his twin, Angry is an above-average warrior among Toman’s members. When anything unpleasant or unjust happens to one of his buddies, though, he begins to cry and reaches the “Crying Blue Ogre” stage. Smiley claims that this mental condition makes him “100 times more powerful” than he is.

Nahoya Kawata (May 25th, 1989)

Nahoya Kawata

Smiley is faithful to his pals, but it is to his twin Souya that he is most loyal. When it comes to violence, Smiley is quite skilled and always understands what to do when he is in jeopardy. Takashi Mitsuya (June 12th, 1990)

Takashi Mitsuya

Mitsuya is a serene, level-headed individual who is also the gang’s reservoir of optimism. Because their mother is usually at home owing to work, he looks after his two younger sisters, Luna and Mana, and acts as both their mom and dad. Mitsuya is proven to be a skilled fighter.

He is quite well known among the other gangs for his combat abilities. Also, though he is a delinquent, he is still respected and high in the eyes of his classmates, as he has a special talent for sewing.

This devotion fuels his desire to make a better future for those he cares for. Takemichi has not once retreated in a fight. He would rather be crushed to an inch of his existence than accept defeat. This has been a major source of motivation for Toman’s members, and it has shown to be extremely useful despite all odds.

Leo (July 23 ~ August 22)

Shinichiro Sano (August 1st, 1980)

Shinichiro Sano

Weak to ladies, weak in fighting, yet reliable,” Shinichiro is described. Shinichiro was a renowned delinquent with an unrivalled reputation who earned the respect of many hoodlums, both within and beyond his group.

Due to the result of his heightened position, his service station became a location where troublemakers could freely congregate, and every visitor treated Shinichiro with respect. He saw the best of people and hoped that instead of going alone, they might be guided down the correct road in life.

Manjiro Sano (August 20, 1990)

Manjiro Sano

He barely shows signs of weakness because he considers himself to be Toman’s basis and assistance. His aura transforms considerably as Toman’s captain, becoming intimidating and authoritative. While Toman’s members admire Mikey, they are also terrified of him and his incredible abilities.

He’s still a leader with a lot of charisma. He becomes tainted without the correct people to lead him and becomes one of the most horrible criminals of our time. Even when Mikey falls prey to the darkness, he has contradictory components of his personality and contradictory actions.

Virgo (August 23 ~ September 22)

Izana Kurokawa (August 30, 1987)

Izana Kurokawa

He treats his workers like throwaway tools and lords over them like a dictator, despite his deep desire for a family. Irrespective of friend or foe, he is contemptuous of someone else and will make it plain that he thinks so little of them.

He is said to be the strongest player of the Tenjiku Gang and to be capable of fighting on an equal footing with Mikey at first. Not only is Izana a good fighter, but his “Undefeatable Senses” make him the best in Tenjiku.

Kazutora Hanemiya (September 16, 1990)

Kazutora Hanemiya

His intense attachment to Toman was most likely rooted in relief from his loneliness, and he was fiercely loyal to Toman and Mikey, going to great lengths to make them happy, even if it meant resorting to inappropriate and outright illicit means like theft.

Kazutora is revealed to be mentally ill, vicious, and ruthless. He was always a good fighter and always kept his pose when facing someone but being out of touch with reality he believed that while killing people makes you a bad person, killing enemies makes you a hero.

Ran Haitani (2nd September, 1987 fictional)

Ran Haitani

With a relaxed smile on his face, Ran has a peaceful yet amusing character. He is adamant about ruling over Roppongi with his younger brother, Rindo Haitani, claiming they will not need a team. Ran might be sarcastic and arrogant at times. When he asks his opponent for pardon, he enjoys responding in a fake sympathetic tone. During confrontations, he is extremely violent, and he has been known to use weapons, such as his iron baton or bricks, to viciously beat up his enemy.

Hakkai Shiba (September 4, 1991)

Hakkai Shiba

Hakkai is depicted as a shy but nice character. In terms of attitude, he is the polar opposite of his older brother Taiju, who is strict and blood-lusting. Hakkai sacrificed his luxury in Toman to aid Takemichi in his breakout from Black Dragon. He has a very ancient sense of respect and etiquette, which causes him to owe plenty of people for no reason.

He is the Second Division’s second most powerful member, capable of knocking out the ordinary delinquent with a single punch. He is a strong fighter, despite being lesser than his eldest brother Taiju.

Libra (September 23 ~ October 22)

Ryohei Hayashi (October 15, 1980)

Ryohei Hayashi

Ryohei aka Peh-yan is an irritable and angry individual who is illiterate and has a threatening demeanour most of the time. Peh-yan, on the other hand, is shown to have a great deal of concern for not only Toman but also its individuals as time passes on. When his good friend Pah-chin was nearly crushed to a fine paste by Osanai, he became concerned for his safety and attempted to intervene in the battle. Peh-yan has a sharp sense of humour and depending on the circumstances, he will make humorous remarks.

Takashi Mitsuya claims that despite Peh-stupidity, he is tougher in combat than he is. Peh-yan fights in a fairly plain style, with no other techniques except hard blows that have the capability to knock out anybody they strike on.

Seishu Inui (October 18th, 1989)

Seishu Inui

Seishu Inui also known as ‘Inupi’ is known for being a stoic and silent person. He is, nevertheless, unafraid to express his feelings and views, even if it causes him pain in the long run. He is brave, yet he will be ready to open up and exhibit his sensitive side.

He is a formidable combatant in his own right. He has a personality that makes him be the best that he is and changes his structure to a kind that makes him lethal, deadly but also very emotional and pitiful at the same time.

Scorpio (October 23 ~ November 22)

Rindo Haitani (30th October, 1991 fictional)

Rindo Haitani

Rindo has a cruel temperament, as seen by his delight in witnessing his opponent’s agonising moans as their limbs are broken. During battles, he is vicious and shows no mercy to his victim, locking down their joints and breaking them repeatedly. Rindo is also quite proud of what he and his brother can do. He has a strong hatred for folks who prefer to keep their conflicts to themselves.

Shuji Hanma (October 27, 1989)

Shuji Hanma

It is for the purpose of finding thrill and excitement that he joins forces with Kisaki, and he doesn’t mind if the latter takes advantage of him because he enjoys executing his ideas. He is unconcerned with the ramifications or collateral harm created by his acts as long as he can amuse himself.

Even bragging and taking pleasure in the havoc created by their misdeeds, sometimes reacting with elation at being in the middle of a struggle and witnessing people suffer as a result of their plots.

Keisuke Baji (November 3, 1980)

Keisuke Baji

He enjoys the surge of adrenaline, and Mikey has admitted that he would beat someone on the street for no apparent cause if he felt like it. In order to protect his friends and associates, he is willing to portray himself as the enemy in their eyes.

Baji’s acting abilities are outstanding. He can deceive both friends and foes into believing he is defecting to Valhalla. Even the most astute observers, who initially suspected him, are duped into believing he truly severed connections with Toman.

Sagittarius (November 23 ~ December 21)

Emma Sano (November 25th, 1991)

Emma Sano

She acts older than she is since she wishes to mature more quickly, yet her infantile personality still shines through. She is devoted to her brother and obeys his commands.

Emma is a true romanticist at heart who wishes her love to thrive, and she is a compassionate person at heart who cares about people despite her attempts to maintain a more controlled demeanour, according to Hinata.

Taiju Shiba (December 15th, 1989)

Taiju Shiba

Taiju is ruthless, violent, and religious. He enjoys torturing his opponents and is unconcerned with the well-being of others, including his siblings. He will not mind who he’s up against, even whether it’s a woman or a girl. He is a conceited man who believes in the superiority of his combat abilities and the gang’s strength. He is also immensely captivating, winning the hearts of his fans entirely. Taiju is a devout Catholic, despite his outward look and aggressive behaviour. On Christmas Eve, he attends church without anyone to worship.

Chifuyu Matsuno (December 19th, 1991)

Chifuyu Matsuno

Chifuyu is a trustworthy individual with a cool, collected manner. He refuses to fight people he considers closest to him and refuses to give up the positions of his friends. He isn’t afraid to show his feelings when the circumstances call for it, and he doesn’t mind blindly assisting people. He keeps his cool in high-pressure circumstances that could cost him his life. Though he appears to be intelligent and level-headed, he is ignorant at times and does not always prepare things properly, which has resulted in unfavourable outcomes.

Chifuyu is also brave enough to stand up to individuals who are acting immorally, even though they’re in a state of high authority.

Capricorn (December 22 ~ January 19)

Kakucho Hitto (January 2nd, 1991)

Kakucho Hitto

Kakucho is walled off when it relates to believing others because of his traumatic upbringing, which left him an orphan. During the confrontation between the Tokyo Manji Gang and Tenjiku, Kakucho informs Takemichi Hanagaki that even if he was a childhood friend, he will not think twice about killing him cruelly. This is owing to his unwavering faith in Izana Kurokawa, his self-proclaimed “master” since boyhood.

His devotion to Izana is reflected in his desire to combat Izana’s foes or anyone who sees them as adversaries, making Kakucho an obedient follower to his master.

Aquarius (January 20 ~ February 19)

Tetta Kisaki (January 20th, 1992)

Tetta Kisaki

Kisaki is a vicious, astute, and ambitious businessman who will go to any length to attain his objectives. Despite his little stature, his ability to govern with fear causes even people who are powerful than him to submit to him.

Kisaki is unconcerned about his supervisors and subordinates, viewing both as tools for his own achievement. In fact, he considers practically everyone to be a manipulable object. In order to avoid the law or forward his ambitions, he is willing to implicate others or even make them forfeit their lives.

Pisces (February 20 ~ March 20)

Haruchiyo Sanzu (13th March, 1985 fictional)

Haruchiyo Sanzu

Haruchiyo appears to be more gregarious, direct, and noisy as an adult. He is ruthless and shows signs of psychopathic behaviour. Haruchiyo is also seen to be addicted to a variety of narcotics, which is said to have played a significant role in his bizarre behaviour and personality shift. He was once described as a wild beast that just couldn’t keep himself out of danger before encountering Yasuhiro Muto. This made it hard for the gang’s other sections to control him.

Keizo Arashi (2nd March, 1989 fictional)

Keizo Arashi

As a long time personal friend of Shinichiro Sano, Benkei holds the original ideals of Black Dragon in high regard and will oppose anyone who taints them. Benkei is a hot-blooded fighter in warfare. His stern admonition of his colleagues is also comic relief, particularly when he reminds Wakasa Imaushi of his big entry in the unplanned assembly with Rokuhara Tandai.

South Terano (20th February, 1983 fictional)

South Terano

Terano exudes confidence as a result of his trust in his unrivalled strength. If he is provoked, he has a bad temper and will blow out aggressively. He is outrageously vicious, delighting in inflicting suffering on others, including his own subordinates (even when they do something he agrees with), implying that he is criminally insane. He believes that the powerful must remain at the top and consume those who are weaker than them. Terano has no problem killing because of his brutal upbringing.

CONCLUSION

Tokyo Revengers

Not only do we get to experience the brutality between different gangs and members of the same but also see the friendship and harmony that makes them believe in each other. And as some might think, maybe this is all because of the zodiac and spirits that follow them. Maybe it’s the nature of their zodiac that makes them the way that they are and gives them the definite traits that make us fall in love with these bad boys.
