MBTI personalities have a lot of different kinds and can go up to 16 various traits! As for this blog, this time we’re gonna look into the MBTI personalities of some of the Blue Lock characters we have here on the list so let’s get on to it right away! BLUE LOCK CHARACTERS MBTI!!
11. Kuon Wataru (ENFJ)
We begin with the traitorous Kuon Wataru of Team Z in the Blue Lock Project! His MBTI personality is ENFJ and that means he’s an intuitive and judging type of guy. His decisions are based on feelings and it doesn’t matter to him if it’s for a good or bad cause. ENFJs can also be considered as leaders and this is what Kuon has shown in the beginning of the series when he tried to act as the leader of the team.
10. Barou Shouei (ISTJ)
Barou Shouei is a member of Team X who went against Team Z during the early part of the series. His personality type is of an ISTJ which means that he focuses more on facts rather than concepts. This also means that he’s a type of person who always makes plans with logical reasoning and I think this is one of the reasons why he became such an incredible player in soccer that it earned him the alias “King”. 9. Jinpachi Ego (ENTJ)
The most fitting personality type for a guy like Jinpachi Ego is definitely the ENTJ type or also known as the leader personality. If you’ve watched the series, this already goes without saying because he’s obviously the one in charge of making sure that the players are in the path of becoming egoist players. I can’t remember any other anime characters like Jinpachi Ego, he is one of a kind! Can you name one like him in other manga like Blue Lock?
ENTJ people are also known for their LOVE for momentum and he displayed that by giving the players rigorous training sessions.
8. Igarashi Gurimu (ESFP)
One of the characters you’ll first get to know in Blue Lock is Igarashi Gurimu! Along with Isagi, both of them were bottom-ranked players during the early part of the series. Igarashi’s MBTI type is ESFP and these people are known for their extraverted and outgoing personality! People like Igarashi are very social towards others and can encourage anyone around him!
7. Mikage Reo (ENTJ)
One of the members of Team V is Mikage Reo, Nagi’s childhood friend and has an ENTJ personality type just like Jinpachi Ego! What makes him an ENTJ is because of the way how Nagi relies on him when both of them are on the field making him have this “commander” vibe. He was also the one who taught Nagi how to play soccer and trained with him together during their highschool days.
6. Itoshi Rin (INTJ)
Next up is the silent and dangerous, Itoshi Rin! One of the best players you’ll get to know in the series as he is the younger brother of a pro soccer player named Itoshi Sae! He may be a man of few words but Itoshi is a guy who has unrivaled skill in soccer!
As an INTJ, Itoshi is more of a person who works well independently and relies less on others since those are what INTJ people are for. But even though he’s serious, he can never escape the hilarious Blue Lock memes that spread out in the internet!
5. Nagi Seishirou (ISTP)
Another silent type of person is the white-haired, Nagi Seishirou. Just like Rin, they’re both men who don’t speak much and are also incredibly good at soccer. He got into soccer thanks to his best friend, Mikage, and ever since then they’ve become solid partners in their highschool football team. ISTP people like Nagi are the ones who are on the observant side and have individualistic goals similar to INTJs. When it comes to being individualistic, Nagi displayed this mindset of his when he didn’t choose Mikage as his teammate during the Second Selections.
4. Chigiri Hyoma (ISFP)
Here comes the fastest runner of Team Z and it’s none other than Chigiri Hyoma! Hyoma’s MBTI personality is ISFP which means he’s the type of person who has an open mind and is also observant of his surroundings.
ISFP people like Hyoma are ones who have hidden potential and can only be shown when they’re in the middle of their momentum. This perfectly reflects his status as one of the best runners since when the going gets tough, then Hyoma becomes faster than you know. And obviously, he is one of Blue Lock’s best husbandos!
3. Rensuke Kunigami (ISTP)
Rensuke Kunigami is one of the main protagonists in Blue Lock and is a member of Team Z alongside Isagi Yoichi. Kunigami’s personality type is ISTP similar to Nagi Seishirou. Both of them are one of the best teammates you’ll have in the field and are also quite observant when it comes to their enemies movements. Kunigami is also the type of person who yearns for more challenges and is confident in his abilities as a soccer player. 2. Meguru Bachira (ESTP)
Coming up on 2nd is Meguru Bachira! The ESTP fits Bachira’s character so well because it defines a person who is very energetic and social to other people! Especially on the energetic side, Bachira is second to none when it comes to soccer as he always gets fired up even when they’re on the losing side! He sees life as a challenge to overcome and this is why you see a bit of his craziness when he gets serious in the field while he enjoys every bit of it.
1. Isagi Yoichi (INFJ)
Lastly is our main protagonist, Isagi Yoichi himself! Isagi has an INFJ personality type which means he’s the type of guy who often goes into deep thoughts. If you’ve watched the series, Isagi has a lot of scenes related to this such as discovering his true weapon in playing soccer. He delved into it deeply until he finally managed to reach an answer of his own of where his true strength in soccer lies. Defintely one of the strongest Blue Lock characters that we have!
