For all the Code Geass lovers out there, I am here to give you a gift, or a list to be exact. This is a nice summary of all the characters’ birthdays plus a little bonus, a small reminder about them and their lives.

Mao

Birthday: January 1

We are starting the month with one of the most difficult enemies Lelouch had to deal with. Mao is a Geass user infatuated with C.C., completely obsessed with her.

His special power is the ability to read minds, a very bothersome skill to use against a guy that only functions by using his brain.

 

Kyoshiro Tohdoh

Birthday: January 3

Tohdoh is like a modern-age samurai. Fighting for Japan till the end, he was ready to lay out his life.

However, Lelouch wanted his skills, his power. He came to break him out of jail and asked him to give him his soul if he didn’t want it anymore. And he did. He became Zero’s subordinate ever since.

 

Schneizel el Britannia

Birthday: January 12

Schneizel turned out to be a bigger bastard than Charles himself. With no consideration for others’ lives, he used and manipulated everyone around him, even his own family.

With the help of a weapon as disastrous as a nuclear bomb, he became a tyrant ruling from the heavens. However, his punishment was worse than death. When Lelouch finally got to him he forced him to Zeros’ slave.

Cornelia li Britannia

Birthday: January 13

A beauty in the rough is what she is. Prideful and strong, his chevalier was misled and used to fight for evil.

Kept in the dark from the beginning till the end, it was only when the truth was revealed to her that she finally realized who was her real enemy.

 

Lihua Jiang

Birthday: January 28

She was just a puppet manipulated by the high eunuchs. She was a coward, always relying on Li Xingke to fight her battles for her.

However, the little one with no power grew. She grew in confidence and assertiveness. Under the guidance of Kaguya, she turned into a true leader.

Lloyd Asplund

Birthday: February 2

Count Pudding is a very peculiar character and can be compared to a mad scientist. He is the genius behind the creation of “Lancelot” and the flying gear.

He was the one who found out about Sazaku’s potential as a pilot and the one who jump-started his career in the military.

He acts as if he only cares about his research, however, underneath the fakeness, sarcasm and sassiness lies a caring heart.

 

Diethard Ried

Birthday: February 16

Diethard is a journalist who wanted to document the life of Zero. He wanted to be the one to witness his ultimate victory. So, when he learned that the Black Knights were hiring, he jumped at the opportunity.

However, he was just as quick to turn his back on his hero when he learned the truth when he discovered who was the man behind that mask and what powers he had.

Shinichiro Tamaki

Birthday: March 3

Tamaki is a loud warrior that is kind of useless, but at least he is very loyal. He never doubted Zero and was heartbroken when he learned that a Britanian Prince was behind the revolution and that he might have used his Geass on him and his friends.

 

Kaname Ohgi

Birthday: March 18

Ohgi, as plain as he was, was appointed to be Zero’s second in command. He cares a lot about his country and was ready to risk it all just to give his people a minuscule fighting chance.

When he witnessed Zero’s tactical and strategic talents, he didn’t hesitate a second to give him the rains of his group as he knew that he was born for the job.

 

Kallen Stadtfeld

Birthday: March 29

Weak and timid student by day, badass Knightmare pilot by night. Kallen is one of the most powerful fighters in the entire show. Her skills are on par with Suzaku’s.

She became Zero’s trump card and was given control of the Zero Squadron, a squadron directly under the command of the masked vigilante. It was her pride and joy to have become the most powerful weapon of her hero.

Luciano Bradley

Birthday: April 19

This Knight of Round was sniffed out of the series in no time. He was a sadistic, crazy fighter who found pure pleasure in taking the life of others…slowly.

He finally got a taste of his own medicine when he had the bad luck of having to duel against the reborn Jeremiah Gottwald.

Villetta Nu

Birthday: June 1

Her ultimate goal was to become a noble. However, she got off with a bad start when she was demoted right after the “Orange” accident.

Wanting to prove her worth, she had to endure a lot. After discovering Zero’s identity, she was shot and lost her memories.

Saved by Ohgi, when her amnesia lifted off, she betrayed him and thanked him by giving him a wound just like hers.

 

Kanon Maldini

Birthday: June 1

Kanon is Schneizel’s right hand. He stayed loyal to his master during his good and bad times. An excellent assistant, I bet that if he was ever asked to die for him, he would, no questions asked.

I was kind of happy to know that he survived till the end. I don’t know why I had the feeling that he wouldn’t last long.

Akito Hyuuga

Birthday: July 4

Akito is the main character of Code Geass: Akito the Exiled. He is the ex-Lieutenant of a special force called wZERO, a group under the command of the beautiful Leila Malcal.

Very calm and composed in his daily life, he turns into a monster overtaken by bloodlust on the battlefield. It was later revealed that the poor boy was under the effect of a Geass that was cast by his very own brother.

 

Shirley Fenette

Birthday: July 8

Shirley was a very close friend of Lelouch. She held a secret crush on our MC, a crush that ended up leading to her demise.

She was taken hostage by Mao and brainwashed to kill the man who killed her father. After she woke up, she was so disgusted by herself that she wished to die as well.

Lelouch erased her memories of him and yet, love bloomed once again. When she discovered his identity a second time, she decided that she would stay by his side, however, she shared her feelings with the wrong person and her wish came true, and she joined her father in the afterlife.

 

Suzaku Kururugi

Birthday: July 10

Suzaku is Lelouch’s long-lost childhood friend. When Euphy enrolled him in the academy, they had the chance to reunite.

Together, they form an unstoppable team, but when pitted against each other, they become fatal poison to each other.

One was a Knight in the Britanian army, the other a rebel working to destroy it. Jeopardizing each other’s plan at every turn, they only found common ground when the truth came out to the light that they finally began to see eye to eye.

Rivalz Cardemonde

Birthday: July 20

Rivalz is one of Lelouch’s friends from the academy. He is in the student council and has a major crush on the Student Council President, Milly Ashford, a girl way out of his league.

A very loyal friend, he was Lelouch’s partner in crime in everything. He helped him ditch school and would always accompany him to his illegal chess games.

 

Milly Ashford

Birthday: July 24

Milly is the Student Council President. She knows about Lelouch’s past and kept his secret to herself from the beginning till the end.

She loves to meddle in the affairs of his friends, however, always in a good way. When she learned that Shirley had feelings for Lelouch, she did everything she could to make them end up together.

She organized the best, craziest events ever. She was an awesome President who gave the students the time of their lives when she was in charge.

Jeremiah Gottwald

Birthday: August 2

Jeremiah was a soldier in the army of Britania. Because of an incident caused by Zero, he was demoted and stripped of his rank.

He became a bit crazy after that and became completely obsessed with the man who ruined him. Acting carelessly in the name of vengeance, he was almost killed by Kallen.

Taken in to become a Guinea Pig by V.V., he was given an artificial Geass that gave him the power to nullify any other one.

Upon learning that Zero was Lelouch, Marianne’s son, he forgave him, switched sides, and became his servant.

Charles zi Britannia

Birthday: August 4

Charles was the former King of Britania and Lelouch’s father. He was a cruel man and a horrible dad.

He possessed a Geass as well. When he caught Lelouch or Zero, he used it on him without hesitation.

He made him forget about his past as Prince, he forgot his sister, his mother, and the fact that he was Zero. He implanted fake memories in his mind and threw him back to the academy.

Well, he should have ended him then, because that same boy picked himself up and enacted his revenge.

 

V. V.

Birthday: August 4

V.V. is the immortal that gave Charles his Geass. The two of them made a pact years ago and started to treat each other as if they were real brothers.

However, to make his plan succeed, Charles needed V.V. ‘s code, and to take it he had to kill him, so this is what he did.

 

Kaguya Sumeragi

Birthday: August 10

Kaguya claims that she is the Goddess of Victory, however, we know her as Suzaku’s cousin. She joined the Black Knights and offered her full support to Zero.

She is just a kid; however, she is a very bright girl. Courageous and bold, very good at politics, no one imagined that a brat was going to be so useful to Zero.

Nina Einstein

Birthday: August 27

Nina, well, you can say she is a racist. She hates Elevens, can’t stand their presence, and doesn’t have a problem saying it in front of their faces.

She is also completely infatuated with Princess Euphemia, to a very creepy degree. She barely knew her, and she had a meltdown when she died.

She is also the creator of the terrible weapon called, F.L.E.I.J.A. Because of her, thousands of people died at the hands of Prince Schneizel.

Nagisa Chiba

Birthday: September 1

She was part of the Four Holy Swords and later joined the Black Knights with her commander and the person of her affection Tohdoh.

You will be happy to know that her love story was one of the few that worked out since she ended up marrying him.

 

Cecile Croomy

Birthday: September 7

Cecile is Count Pudding’s assistant. Her greatest weapon is her cooking. She could kill a guy with the stuff she makes.

She is one of the few people who welcomed Suzaku to the group with a smile despite the fact that he was an Eleven.

Euphemia li Britannia

Birthday: October 11

Euphemia was Lelouch’s sister. She was the kindest soul that ever existed. She wished the best for her people as well as the Japanese.

She didn’t care about society and the snobby nobles. She acted the way she felt like. She hired Suzaku as her Chevalier, treated him like a dear friend, and even fell in love with him.

However, wanting to help her brother, she initiated something she shouldn’t have. In an attempt to stop her, because of a certain turn of events, Lelouch was forced to kill her with his own hands.

 

Clovis la Britannia

Birthday: October 14

Clovis was Lelouch’s first kill. He was his brother and yet they never liked each other. Presumptuous and rash, there was nothing royal about him except maybe his exquisite looks.

Nunnally Lamperouge

Birthday: October 25

Nunnally is the most precious person in Lelouch’s life. He would do anything for her, even destroy and rebuild a world that would be kinder to her. And that, he actually did.

Blind and crippled, she always depended on him. In a world where the strong rules, she was undeniably weak. And what Lelouch wanted was to create a world where she wouldn’t need him anymore.

 

Rolo Lamperouge

Birthday: October 25

When Lelouch had his memories rewritten, Charles planted in his mind a fake brother. Then they assigned an emotionless assassin with a Geass to play the role of that brother.

That person was Rolo. His Geass gave him the ability to suspend the sense of time of people. He’d freeze them; however, time would still flow, and that ability does not work on objects.

Ready to kill Lelouch if he ever gained his memories back, the devious genius used his insecurities and his lack of human interaction to get him on his side.

 

Anya Alstreim

Birthday: October 26

Anya was a Knight of Round and the body where the soul of Marianne was residing after her death. Super strong but she has a very weird personality.

Every time Marianne would take over, she would lose time and she was terrified by the fact that she was going crazy. But when Jeremiah realized what was happening to her, he delivered her from her curse, and she became kind of his sidekick.

Leila Malkal

Birthday: November 8

Leila is a character from Code Geass: Akito the Exiled. She is the leader of the special force, ZERO.

It was seen in the series that she holds some kind of mysterious special power related to Geass, however, we still don’t know what it is.

 

Sayoko Shinozaki

Birthday: November 9

Sayoko is Lelouch and Nunnally’s ninja maid. Japanese herself, she joined the Knights of Rounds with the help of Diethard.

Lelouch has complete faith in her and her abilities, to the point where he deliberately revealed his identity to her. And she was actually delighted when she learned who Zero was.

 

Raksharta Chawla

Birthday: November 17

Raksharta is Lyod’s eternal rival. She was the one who came up with the nickname Count Pudding.

They had an old relationship, and something happened between them. But we still don’t know what it is and have to say that I am super curious.

Marianne vi Britannia

Birthday: November 22

She is Lelouch and Nunnally’s mother. Believed to be dead, killed by V.V. she actually used her Geass which transferred her soul into Anya.

However, as happy as Lelouch was to see that she was still in this world, he was forced to kill her once more when he discovered that she was still on board with Charles’s plan.

 

Gino Weinberg

Birthday: November 27

Gino is a very outgoing Knight of Round, a noble that has never seen how the common folks live.

extremely powerful behind the controllers of a Knightmare, I think only Kallen and Suzaku can beat him at the moment.

Oh, and also, he is head over heels for our red hair pilot, it’s kinda cute, especially since he doesn’t bother to hide it.

 

December

 

Lelouch Lamperouge

Birthday: December 5

Lelouch is the main character of the series Code Geass. Also known as Zero, he is a genius with outstanding strategic and tactical skills. The only problem is that he has the strength of a little girl.

He detests the empire that ruined him and his sister and decided to get back at it. With the help of C.C. who gave him a Geass that gave him the ability to make anyone follow any order once, he set his plan in motion.

He was going to destroy the current world to build a new one, a better one for his beloved sister.

Bismarck Waldstien

Birthday: December 23

Bismarck was the most powerful Knight of Rounds, not because he had unbelievable skills but because he possessed a Geass that could let him see a few seconds in the future.

When it came down to his final battle, even with the help of his Geass he was unable to defeat the great fight that is Suzaku and lost his life.

 

Li Xingke

Birthday: December 31

Li is Lihua Jiang’s attendant and bodyguard. Okay no, the truth is they are more than that, I think they are in love however, she is way too young for him.

Anyway, he is also an amazing pilot. He would’ve been in the Knights of Rounds for sure if he was Britanian.

He is suffering from an unknown illness. Up till now, he is still alive, and I sure hope that he will stay that way for a long time.

 

Conclusion

I think I went over all the most iconic characters of Code Geass. Of course, C.C. is missing, however, her date of birth is still unknown.
