Logos, names, and other related content on iWatchitAll are rightfully owned by their respective owners.
It is one of the policies of iWatchitAll to remove content, trademarks, logos, and other related objects that have violated copyright laws or caused an issue with the respective owner once a formal notification about said copyright infringement claim has been sent. This process will take no more than 48 hours and will be done in an act of good faith.
When filing a report/notification of claimed copyright infringement be sure to include the following:
- Name, address, contact number, and email address;
- Purpose of email (must indicate the issue of claimed copyright infringement);
- Specific detail about copyrighted content (include link and title);
- Add this statement: “I, in good faith, swear that the object mentioned in the above statement has been used without proper authorization. In addition, I swear that all information stated is correct and am not acting in bad faith or with harmful intent.”; and
- Your signature.
