Riding on the mainstream, as the revolution of anime started in the 90s, ‘Yu-Gi-Oh!’ did not disappoint in expressing its unique and creative views of games to world history! The anime explored the potential of a single topic, such as games, and showed how it can influence the media; as it was adapted to numerous novels, books, manga, anime by established studios. Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters Season 1

This season, the Finals of the Tournament rages on with Yugi, the Millenium Puzzle, and the team against Marik! But a sudden shift of momentum happens and Yugi was then kidnapped by a child into a virtual world. Just as everything is going right.

As Yugi was kidnapped and Marik was left unattended, the world erupts into chaos as a mystery figure plots to steal the three Egyptian God Cards! Surely, an epic battle and more monsters awaits as we get close to the Final Season? Now that’s what we call the start of an endgame.
Yu-Gi-Oh! Season 5
As the epic finale begins, Yugi with his friends travels back in time! 5,000 years ago in ancient Egypt, there he unravels the secrets of the past! To where everything belonged and started. As the endgame, the team has to first work together to save the world and from the hands of peril! The whole world is in their hands now.

Happening ten years after the original source, a new generation lives on as a new dueler dared to play games with the world. Jaden Yuki had made many friends at the school founded by Seto Kaiba, where the curriculum has an internal ranking system referenced by the Egyptian God cards from the Battle City.
Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D’s
Now, a spin-off that opens to the future. Seventeen years prior, a reactor called Moment tore the lands into two parts, resulting in the existing cities to name the other part-Satellite (the low class of poverty-stricken) and the Neo Domino City, the opposite of the low-class.
Yu-Gi-Oh! Zexal
In the near future of Heartland City, Yuma Tsukumo, a young duelist who aspires to be the next Duel Monsters champion, meets his rivals and a wandering spirit named Astral that takes form and helps him to win. However, is that all the gist of the stranger of a spirit? Of course not, coming from a parallel word of rainstorms, Astral was sent to fulfilled his catastrophic mission. As they fight together, Yuma Tsukumo and Astral eventually combine their strength using the powers of the ZEXAL.
Yu-Gi-Oh! Arc-V
In this fourth spin-off series, an aspiring professional Duel Trainer, Yuya Sakaki stumbled upon a new power named the Pendulum Summoning. Now this spin-off is cool, since Yuya got caught between different dimensions. He meets a villain who wants to rule the fourth, third, second and fourth dimensions of the world! Our main character also meets another three Duelists: Yuto, Yugo, and Yuri!
Yu-Gi-Oh! VRAINS
We are going to explore advanced technology with this one! Created by SOL Technologies, a virtual space reality known as LINK VRAINS was spread throughout the world for thousands of duelists to challenge and take part in. But, as the VR was flocked by people, a villainous hacker organization who named themselves as Knights of Hanoi! decided to threaten the world.
Yu-Gi-Oh! Sevens
So ever heard of an elementary school student inventing a new set of rules just based on his own creation? Yūga Ōdō from an innovative town of Gōha saw the current rules of the Duel Monsters card game as just too troublesome for him, so he goes on his way and play by his own rules throughout the entire series.
Yu-Gi-Oh! Go Rush!!!
So the seventh and final spin-off of the original anime series started off with an alien that came to Earth requesting our main characters, Yuhi and Yuami to search for a Rush Duel; the raging battle royales of a competition between players of various origins. The birthplace of the Rush Duel was on Mutsuba Town, the town where Yuhi and Yuami are currently reside.

Yu-Gi-Oh! The Movie: Pyramid of Light
The whole film gives more light to the backstory of the Egyptian Lord of the Dead, Anubis, and his arch nemesis taking form in the body of Yugi as Yami Yugi. While it also follows the original anime series main protagonist, Yugi,. He faced off with the actual spirit of Anubis in a pharaoh tomb, wreaking havoc and turning card monsters into real ones.
Now Yugi, alongside his team, has to face the ultimate end of his journey from when he started to open the Millenium Puzzle.
Yu-Gi-Oh! Bonds Beyond Time
Now, Yusei Fodo is the main protagonist and also a duel runner, they go on a journey while predicting the New Domino City, built near the old Domino City, to slowly disintegrate. Yusei stumbles upon a suspicious information noted in history that didn’t happen in their time.
Confused by this controversy, An almighty universal being that was made of sacred blaze, giant with four limbs alike as humans and a tail-like shovel, offered help to Yusei by travelling through time; as it also once became the savior of the people from 5,000 years ago. Yusei accepted his help because a suspicious Turbo dueler named Paradox had also stolen his Stardust Dragon. Coincidentally stopping at Venice, Italy, where the controversy occurred.
Yu-Gi-Oh! The Dark Side of Dimensions
The movie takes place six months after the original series, this is where we dive deeper on the story of the Millenium Puzzle! However, as the KaibaCorp is doing extensive research; to find the remaining pieces of the Millenium Puzzle, an ominous cloaked man appears in the underground temple, and afterwards sends a search team to find the man.
After the sixth months that took place, Yugi Mutuo and the rest were already graduating from the Domino High School, but they didn’t know that the incident on the KaibaCorp concerning the cloaked man had already stolen two pieces of the puzzle before he completely vanished. Just the perfect incident to state that the story hasn’t ended yet.

While entering the Duel Monsters championship, Yugi meets many rivals and strong opponents, eventually leading him to also unravelling the roots of the Millenium Puzzle and his own powers!

Thus, after his adventurous battles, Yugi finally attains the Egyptian God Cards and lets him discover of his past life as a Pharaoh of Egypt! Delivering him the Millenium Eye by Ryo Bakura, Yugi suddenly steps on to another world of memories! This is where his ancient past lies and now he was met with real monsters.

Jaden Yuki, a mediocre student in the Duel Academy School defeated Crowler during his entrance exam. And attained his first taste of the spotlight since entering the Academy. Yet strong but humble people have always been on the target of hungry eyes. Jaden Yuki braces himself for a match with different opponents and villains he was destined to face off in his life!
Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D’s
With a different storyline from the anime adaptation series, Jack Atlas and Yusei Fodo have no relations to each other. Where Sect Iljuin and the other characters craft a way for Yusei for the development of the story, facing off with a Turbo Duel in the vicinity of the Satellite factory. The remaining contestants participated in a certain Duel Game to path towards the Satellite factory.
Yu-Gi-Oh! Zexal
The next manga with its set of new generations, features a delinquent boy named Ryoga Kamishiro established himself as the number one badass boy in school. Yuma Tsukumo, happens to challenge him into a Duel. It was all play and games until a mysterious figure in black appears before them, one named Astral. Meeting him is the set point of a legendary era that was about to begin.
Yu-Gi-Oh! D Team Zexal
In this manga, the directors aim for the younger audiences as they set the characters of Yu-Gi-Oh! Zexal into a chibi style. Going for a fun and humor style as Yuma already knows Astral from the very beginning.
Yu-Gi-Oh! Arc-V
Also a manga adaptation based on the anime series Yu-Gi-Oh! Arc-V with the same title. Where our Duel Trainer, Yuya Sakaki, established as ‘Phantom’ , pursued to own the most powerful card in the world, titled as the Genesis Omega Dragon.
Yuya then keeps his alternate personality to himself, a human being that resembles him from another dimension, but in this case, Yuya’s other dimensions reincarnated three of them; Yuto, Yugo, and Yuri. Which also hides a little secret from him.
Yu-Gi-Oh! R
This is another spin-off side story to the original manga. Driving the wheels of the story by a protege in the name of Yako Tenma. Yako aspires to bring vengeance for his teacher’s defeat by using Yugi. He believes that Yugi is responsible for the death of Pegasus.
And yet, while doing so, Yugi and his friends, Katsuya and Hiroto got the front seat to duel the few Card professors and uno reverse card Tenma’s RA Project; A mission Yako Tenma created for the sole purpose of reviving the Maximillion Pegasus–the Creator of of the game, Duel Monsters.

The Yu-Gi-Oh! Series began in 1996. May it be two decades from now or more, it will surely be remembered, because of its thrilling and exciting world-building with complex rules of games!
