This is an academy that offers an elite education to train students to become an elementalist. Our main character was admitted to participate in the Blade Dance festival.

If you are looking for an anime that gives you joy in comedy and hype in battle without it being complicated then this anime was made for you!

Another show with a fine taste of culture that you should definitely check is Strike the Blood! Follow the story of Kojou Akatsuki, a normal high student in the demon district of Itogami Island. 

His daily life begins to change as soon as he discovers that he is the fourth progenitor, a powerful vampire that can bring chaos around. This causes the Lion King Organization to send a sword-shaman to monitor him in case he goes wild.

Yukina Himeragi, was instructed that if he became a threat then it’s her job to end the life of Kojou Akatsuki. However due to some instances, the two teamed up to protect the city from chaotic forces that threatened their island.

This anime will surely get your blood up as you watch our overpowered main character feast on the blood of his harem in order to gain strength and new power.

Welcome to our 10th stop. This is Private Aichi Symbiosis Academy, governed by the Supreme Five Swords. The school used to be all-girls but now you can see the creatures called men lurking around.

Nomura Fudou was sent to this school after his involvement in a brawl. The laid-back main character has been in the eyes of the Supreme Five Swords as soon as he entered.  Beat the girl in a fight and you’ll win their heart. This guy is just OP in combat skills and will beat anyone who stands in his way.

 

16. Negima! (2005)

Do you like school? What about your teacher? Well on our next destination, I present to you a teacher and student anime harem! Negi Springfield is a wizard in training and the only thing that keeps him from becoming a Master Wizard is a final test. However, the test presented was challenging for him, and that is simply to become an English Teacher at an all-female boarding school.

At the age of 10 years old, this boy is already a teacher. I’m 22 and I’m still struggling to get a degree T-T). Negima is one step closer to becoming a Master wizard, having immense stats as a young child and mastering spell-casting magic.

It’s about a student falling in love with a teacher but I guess it’s cute and legal but not ethical in real life. But this is anime, it’s cute and it gets away with it. There are a lot of girls involved and you won’t run out of students to take a liking to.

It’s an interesting idea, and I wouldn’t recommend it if it were made today. But this is an old anime and therefore you’ll enjoy it for being wacky and fun. If you’re looking for an old fantasy comedy with a school themed story and a lot of fanservice. Then this show will give you the enjoyment that you have been looking for. Have fun buddy.

 

15. Absolute Duo (2015)

 In the school Koryo Academy, each student is required to find a partner in hopes to obtain the power of absolute duo. The students in the academy who have the ability to materialize weapons from their souls are called “Blazers”.           

On Tooru Kokonoe’s first day at the academy, he was forced to fight at the cost of getting expelled. During his match instead of a weapon manifesting his soul, it was a shield which caught the interest of a Julia Sigtuna.  

Absolute Duo is always on everyone’s recommendation list whenever you go and check out an anime about OP’s main character with Harem. So, it only means one thing! This anime is splendid!

 

14. The World God Only Knows (2010)

 People have always been saying, can he beat Goku though? Well, allow me to introduce a man who can beat Goku- in galge hehe! Our main character is regarded as the god of conquest. Keima Katsuragi was known to conquer any girl’s heart but in dating sims. This guy was straight hardcore otaku obsessed with his galge games.

When an online message popped up about challenging his legality as the god of conquest, the arrogant Keima accepted the offer. Turns out that offer was a contract by a devil named Elsie.

Keima was informed that it’s his job to retrieve the runaway spirit by making its host fall in love. The horror starts, as Keima has to conquer the heart of a 3D human, with whom he had no experience. But what can he do? It’s like he has a deadly collar that will kill him if his Demon-bound contract dies right? Right?

I feel like I would have a bounty on my head if I don’t put this on my recommendation. This is an anime that is very similar to The World God Only Knows, probably a rip- just kidding, I don’t want to die guys.

This anime is like Pokemon but with spirits. Date a live, got to date them all! The main character is the only hope the world has in order to seal these spirits that possess the power to bring chaos in this world.

 

12. Tsukimichi: Moonlit Fantasy (2o21)

 Now it’s time for an Isekai anime!

The first world we visit is an Isekai dream without being hit by Truck-chan. You were called to be a hero in a fantasy realm filled with magic and different races. However, due to being bad looking the goddess simply revokes your title. Harsh, right? I would also drag her into my world just like how Kazuma brought Aqua.

This is the story of Makoto Misumi who finds himself in a fantasy world called to be a hero by the goddess Tsukuyomi. This is due to a mysterious contract made by the goddess and his parents years ago.

However, due to discrimination against his looks, the Goddess revoked the title and cursed him to understand all languages except the human language. Tsukuyomi sent him to the world’s edge, far from human civilization.

With inherent physical and magical capabilities, Makoto Misumi finds himself helping demi-humans and creating a community where all different races can coexist.

Despite the discrimination he had from the Goddess, Makoto possesses an insane amount of mana pool and almost god-like magic energy that can probably stand toe-to-toe with the gods. This guy can have an alternate space where he built his community from, has creation abilities, and multifunctional magic.

You’ll meet two humanoid creatures that are obsessed and possessive of their master. A dragon and a spider lady, take it or leave it!

 

11. The 8th Son? Are You Kidding Me? (2020)

This is a story of a 25-year-old Shingo Ichinomiya who woke up in a new world with the body of a six-year-old child. Born with the name Wendelin von Benno Baumeister, he is the eighth son of the noble family Baumeister.

Despite being noble, their family lived poor, and therefore being the 8th son, it is less likely that Wendelin will receive an inheritance. The harsh reality has pushed him to work hard and find a way to solve the financial issues that their family was having. Luckily, he was born with magic that he discovered with a magic test that his father found. Now with magic and knowledge as a salaryman, Wendelin, who was once Shingo, must face the issues and dramas of his new life family.

Wendelin has an unimaginable talent for magic. The kind and modest boy, possessed an immense mana capacity and has different elemental magic like he’s some kind of an Avatar.

It’s a light hearted isekai, with a chill and wholesome romance. It’s a simple anime that is easy to understand. The theme centers on what it’s like to be the youngest and being seen as weak when in fact you have the skill that might possess greatness. It’s not groundbreaking but I hope you will give this a chance.

 

10. In Another World with My Smartphone. (2017)

Welcome to our next stop, there seems to be an accident. A god just yeeted out a man from life with a lightning bolt. This is the story of Touya Mochizuki who was killed by accident by God.

As an apology, the god offered a new life in a fantasy world with one wish to be granted. Touya asked for a smartphone and thus, this is a story of the main character with a smartphone in a new world.

Touya is just OP because the god made him overpowered. Our boy has all the magic elements in the story including null magic. He doesn’t just possess a God-like ability, he also has a divine beast familiar. Plus having a smart phone still connected in the real world. You can just watch and read manga in the real world while having an adventure in a fantasy world. That’s just OP!

Touya is centered around different ladies with the desire to marry him. My favorite would be Linze, simply because she’s very composed and cute. Watch for humor and likable character.

What more can you ask after God took your life?

Just a smartphone, OP powers, and girls simping on my next life please!

 

9. Arifureta: From Commonplace to World’s Strongest

Watch an overpowered character use guns and a lot more modern weapons to blow every monster he sees in a medieval fantasy world. Watch how Nagumo struggles in the abyss and claw his way out.

This boosted his level and maxed out his stats. Now as a high leveled adventurer, Satou set out and explored the new fantasy world that he’s in.

Watch our OP main character march around the fantasy world, saving little girls from slavery, and adding more harem in his journey.

If you like an overpowered main character but not straight up one shot every character but rather take their time, then 10/10 I recommend that you watch this show!

In our next stop, I present to you another vampire shounen anime. This is the story of Touta Konoe, a seemingly ordinary boy who lived in a small town whose life changed when her teacher and guardian, Katherine McDowell, revealed herself as a vampire after she saved Touta from a vampire hunter.

The two left their town and traveled, encountering a group of immortals called UQ holders. Touta was once an ordinary boy but now turned into an immortal vampire. I wonder what adventures lie ahead!

Touta is a vampire that couldn’t get killed even if you cut his head off. He possesses strong physical abilities and you’ll be surprised at his power and story when you check this one out!

If you like Mahou Sensei Negima! Then you would also fall in love with this show.

 

5. The Qwaser of Stigmata  (2010)

This is the story of Tomo and her sister Mafuyu encountering an injured silver-haired boy who yeeted out after being tended to. Mayufu goes to look for him and thus had led them to danger when a serial killer, who is rumored to be attacking female students, chose her as a target.  

Luckily, the silver-haired boy came to rescue and revealed that the boy named Alexander Nikolaevich “Sasha” Hell was qwaser that has the ability to control an element through the power of what is called Soma. 

There’s only one reason why I put this on the recommendation list, simply because it’s mind-blowing and you’ll definitely like this one. You’ll meet Hell, well not literally but it will give you what the hell Jackie chan meme impression as you watch this main character gain power through something that you’d never expect!

4. How not to Summon a Demon Lord (2018)

Life was supposed to be blessed when he got a chance to date a beautiful girl, however, it’s an anime rule to never trust an anime girl when she asks you out, ‘cause 50% of the time it has been revealed by countless studies that they most likely plot to kill you.

Brutally killed by the girl who turned out to be a fallen angel, Issei receives a second life revived by his senpai Rias Gremory, a devil who turned him into a servant. With his new life, he must train and fight in order to survive a world of a seemingly endless battle between angels and devils.

Issei is every otaku’s dream, simping on our senpai while we grind our way into our harem. If you also like a main character who’s overpowered but not quite yet, plus tons of fun scenes, then boy this is a Christmas gift for you.

I know I’ve said earlier that it isn’t rank, but I have saved the best for last. The most degenerate anime with a harem and an overpowered MC. The anime that makes you wonder, is this really an anime?

Follow the revenge story of Keyaru who was a hero with the power of healing. The word hero should have been a good thing for him but instead, it was filled with despair.

Sworn that he would get back to the people who messed with him, Keyaru got an opportunity to return the world back in time where he carried his anguish and wrath in order to redo everything and attain the perfect revenge on those who messed up his life.

What I like about Keyaru is that he is different from other MCs, instead of being naïve towards girls, this guy doesn’t care and just straight out wooed them. He is the main character who is hurt badly and it’s interesting to see the kind of actions he will commit in order to achieve his vicious desire. GO NOW AND CHECK IT OUT.
